What Tredecim is
Tredecim verifies a connected wallet's real, on-chain trading history and assigns a performance tier (Silver, Gold, Platinum, or Diamond) based on that history. Tredecim is not a financial advisor, does not manage funds, and does not guarantee the future performance of any wallet, trader, or course.
Wallet verification
Connecting a wallet and signing a message proves you control that wallet's private key. It does not move funds, approve any transaction, or grant Tredecim any access to your assets.
Tiers are not permanent
Every tier is recalculated on a trailing 365-day window. A tier earned today can be demoted automatically if trading performance changes, including a wallet losing Diamond status for falling out of the top 1% by risk-adjusted score. Tredecim does not guarantee any tier will be maintained.
The checkout-freeze mechanic
Storefront listings automatically pause new sign-ups if the seller's tracked wallet drawdown crosses a set threshold. This is an automated rule based on on-chain data, not a judgment call by Tredecim staff, and is not a guarantee that a seller's performance will or won't continue to decline.
Fees and paid tiers
Platform fees and mandatory tier memberships (where applicable) are disclosed on the pricing page and a seller's account page. A tier's full public cosmetics and marketplace placement require an active paid membership for that tier, even if a wallet performs at that tier's level — see the "eligible, unclaimed" status shown on affected accounts.
No investment advice
Nothing on Tredecim, including a wallet's tier, badge, or published statistics, constitutes investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset, course, or access product. Buyers are responsible for their own decisions.
Marketplace listings
Courses and access products are created and priced by individual sellers. Tredecim verifies the seller's wallet history; it does not review, endorse, or guarantee the content, quality, or outcomes of any listing.
Selling is currently limited
Wallet verification and tier grading are open to everyone. Tredecim is in a soft launch, and the ability to actually sell a course or premium access listing is currently limited to an approved batch of creators, expanded over time at Tredecim's discretion. A verified account not yet approved to sell can still build a storefront; buyers simply can't purchase from it until approval is granted.
Eligibility
You must be able to legally form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use Tredecim, including to hold a Stripe account for billing or payouts. If you don't meet that bar yourself, a parent or legal guardian must be the account holder for any billing or payout activity on your behalf.
Account suspension or termination
Tredecim may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, attempts to game the anti-gaming guards, or engages in fraudulent payment activity. Wallet-verified performance data itself is derived from public on-chain history and isn't deleted by an account suspension.
Limitation of liability
Tredecim is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, Tredecim isn't liable for trading losses, missed sales, or indirect damages arising from use of the platform, including reliance on a tier, badge, or verification page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
