Refund Policy
Last updated: August 15, 2026.
Real payments, real refunds
Tredecim processes real payments through Stripe — both platform memberships and marketplace purchases move real money. This policy describes how refunds actually work today, not a future state.
Course and access purchases
Refund eligibility for a specific course or premium access listing is set by that listing's seller, since sellers set their own pricing and terms. A seller can issue a real refund directly from their own account page — it reverses the actual Stripe charge, including Tredecim's own fee, and revokes your access to the listing. Tredecim facilitates the transaction but doesn't independently override a refund a seller has declined.
Platinum and Diamond memberships
Monthly and annual platform memberships (Platinum's base fee, Diamond's membership) are billed on a recurring basis. Cancelling stops future billing; it does not retroactively refund a billing period already in progress unless required by law in your jurisdiction.
Platform fees
The percentage fee Tredecim takes on course revenue is disclosed on the pricing page and a seller's account page before any sale. This fee is not refundable once a transaction has settled.
How to request a refund
For a specific purchase, raise it directly with that listing's seller first, since sellers set their own eligibility and can issue a real refund directly from their own account page. For a platform membership charge, contact us, or manage the subscription yourself from your account page's billing section.
